on Carson he said he used to use steroids, but hasnt in the last 3 years or so, but who knows
 
he injects stuff into his arms. There's no way in hell anyone can work out that much and get arms that look like that. his arms aren't even physically possible.
 
He's a walking bag of oil. The really insane bodybuilders inject some sort of oil into their muscles. He must've bought it by the barrel.

He was also on Ripley's Believe It Or Not several weeks ago. The man is undoubtedly suffering from a sort of 'reverse' anorexia. Distorted body image, no biceps are too large, much as with anorexics who feel there is no such thing as being too thin.

You got that mixed up. Roids shrink your balls, since they do not need to produce testosterone anymore (since you're injecting it). Roids don't change the size of your dick.
 
His arms aren't really all muscle, that's an oil that he injects into them to make them look big . It's called synthol.
 
There is an article and interview about him in this months FHM magazine. My favorite part is the following quote from him:
"My arms may look retarded, but at least I can say I have the most retarded looking arms in the world."
