I had a bad fever yesterday. Cold shakes and all that. So I took a nap before the Patriots/Ravens game. I just woke up. It’s 10 am Monday. Did I miss anything?

Anything you missed would be in the playoff thread.

You could have gone to dozens of websites to get the scores/highlights and found out in seconds but you create this thread instead?

Someone please explain why the Ravens hurried their kicker and special team for that final kick which would have tied the game? I saw they had a time out left on the TV.

both games were good to watch. Happen to DVR it? I thought the evening game was at 8:30 and missed the first half.

hurried? They took a delay of game and the Pats called a timeout there was no rush on the kick...

Who cares. It was a 32 yard attempt. Missing that is pretty bad. And he was really off also.

I slept through the 3rd quarter of the Ravens/Pats game. We had a wind storm and our power went out just as the game started. Not to be deterred, I grabbed my trusty portable radio and with fresh batteries tuned in to the game. It was getting cold, so I started the fireplace and relaxed on the couch with the radio and a good book.

The warmth of the fire and the comfy couch lulled me to sleep and I missed 1/4 of the game. Luckily my wife came home and woke me up for the final quarter.

Power came back about 5 minutes into the second game.

Both games were won due to the loser fucking up multiple times. They were decent games but I'd rather see both teams play really well and one just play a little better than have the game decided by bad mistakes by one team.

With the Ravens first there was that dropped touchdown pass that he actually caught but it was knocked out of his hands. Had the receiver just fallen to the ground immediately, it may have been a catch. And of course missing a 32 yard field goal.

With the 49ers that one guy fumbled two punts which allowed the Giants to force overtime and win in overtime, respectively.
