Sheryl Crow is hot. And so is Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez, etc... WHY THE HELL DOES EVERYONE CRITIQUE THESE HOT GIRLS LIKE THEY'RE DOWNRIGHT UGLY?


52% of women are fat; so they can be ruled out, 50% of the 48% left just can't be fixed, 50% aren't between 18 and 40 years old so they can't be hot.. (except in RARE circumstances) THIS LEAVES ABOUT 10-12% OF ALL WOMEN HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO BE HOT.. Then we can rule out all the feminazi, 'artistic' women who refuse to shave, and the lesbians (there's no such thing as a hot lesbian unless she's a fake lesbian in which case she's not a lesbian)..

So I figure about 8% of women are hot (very very optimistic estimate).. AND you HAVE THE rapacity TO say she's ugly, looks like a man, or is a whore?!!?!?

Oh yea.. and about half the hot women are already married and you're calling the single ones ugly?!?!

Now.. if you figure that 40% of men are overweight, but that doesn't really matter because mens' looks aren't too important - except for the hot girls that want good-looking men. And blah blah blah (just imagine that I inserted some more reasoning here) about 25% of men are somewhat decent/acceptable for most hot women...

That leaves like 95% (all the men that aren't GAY) of 48% (men are 48% of the population) for 12% (percentage of hot women) of 52% (women are 52%)!!! This is a ratio of 7.31 elligible men per ONE HOT GIRL!

AND SOME PEOPLE ARE CALLING THOSE SPECIAL 8-12% (again, very optimistic) OF WOMEN UGLY! STOP IT!! PLEASE CHECK YOUR PANTS AND QUIT CALLING EVERY GIRL UGLY!! PLEASE!!

hahaha you raise an interesting point. But a lot of people have different tastes. I think Sheryl's pretty hot but I did think she was a man for a split second. I'd still do her and her sweet sweet butt. Anyway...it's all about computer nerds looking at too much porn. Their standards get pretty high. And some people are stubborn, thinking any girl who shows a bit of cleevage is a slut. I do agree with you for the most part that most nerds couldn't get half the hotness most of these chica's are.

Maybe I'm just crazy, but I happen to consider quite a few "fat" women pretty. The same goes for the "50% of the 48% left". Differing people have differing tastes.

Part of it is probably cause a bunch of other people say something about them and they just jump on the bandwagon, and maybe part the fact that they couldn't touch any of the people they talk about with a 10 foot pole without getting charges pressed against them. I'm sure some people just don't like a certain type of look so they have a valid opinion, but I would be willing to bet if someone on here had a gf that looked spitting image of brittany spears and brittany wasn't a star that everyone would freak out if they posted pictures saying the guy was the luckiest person around.

Second, people have different tastes in women. One of the guys in my thread thought crow was hot but monica was ugly, and I may not agree with him but its his opinion and taste.

You generalize too much. Look at how many members are on anandtech and see how many "shes ugly" threads have been started. Doesnt add up to a whole lot when you look at the big picture, does it?

What kind of standards do you have for women, that is if you have any?

i just don't say anything. i know the type of girls i am capable of getting in real life and i know that i would never get a girl that looks as good as most celebs. so i don't bother replying to most of those threads because a lot of the people that are so opinionated about the britney's and christina's are all under the age of 18 and a lot of those guys have never even seen a real woman naked so think that all women look like playboy et al, airbrushed models. (there are exceptions to every rule so don't all you very experienced kids come after me with the generalization charges.) anyways, i just realize that most people are shallow and think they can judge people solely on looks, especially people that they will never meet or would have any kind of hope of EVER having sex with. i was going to continue, but what is the point...

Gota agree with that. If you compare those pics to the average girl you see on the street, yeah, they are HOT.

But wait a minute, the pics are all done with the perfect lighting, a make up artist, and a professional photographer. Then, only the best shots out of hundreds of pics are selected. The point is, I find it really annoying when guys start comparing REAL girls to airbrushed models in magazines. Look at a real live girl for once, people....
I can't be the only one annoyed when I see a cute girl and someone else comments about how ugly she is. Comeon, there are lots of good looking girls that some guys are calling ugly cause they aren't airbrushed and stretched and god knows what else they do to make them look like they do in pr0n mags.

Stop fapping to porn long enough to see what a real girl looks like.
