Think about what it costs to actually take that thing anywhere. Even small (less than 30 ft) powerboats get less than a mile per gallon......imagine what this mofo must eat up on a one hour cruise. Marine fuel is expensive as hell to boot.

Theres a couple 400' + mega yachts being built in Europe(I believe ones being built in Germany, I forget where the other one is being built). One is said to be Steve Ballmers.

The largest Yacht is owned by Turkey and is 408' long and travels at 21 knots. You can buy it outright for $28million(Its 70 years old), or lease it.

Norman's new yacht is about the 35th largest in the world. Not bad for a golfer.

Someone mentioned islands. Islands are cheap to buy($300,000-$20million), expensive to set up.

Yeah, but rowing unions don't allow for the whippings that the Romans enjoyed. Plus, rowing quotas are halved and then there is the union fees.

That's it? 26 people? I mean, I'm sure that ship has a ballroom that can accomodate 500 people, but only sleep 26? Heck....for that much money, I want beds, man.
