The absolutely absurd thing about that show is that they show ALL the gory details of the surgery, but blur out the nipples. WTF?

this show is NUTS. After watching it I could never have any of this shizat done to me.

The way the doctor RAMS the tubes in and out from under the skin looks like it hurts like a mofo

Surgery isn't that gorey...

My girl is going to get a boob job in a few months, I really don't care either way as it's her body. It's not going to change my opinion of her, because I know what her personality is. This show is a disgrace to humanity, however.

No, it's not that the surgery is that gory, it is just that they censor nipples and not the surgical procedure? That's just insane. Why would they need to blur a little areola?

I thought that it was disgusting. I was watching it with my GF and I had to turn the other way when they were digging around in her face/lip. It was absolutely DISGUSTING!!!

Even worse, there was NOTHING wrong with that girl in the first place. Damn attention whore...

**this is assuming we're talking about the episode where the blonde wants to look like Pamela Anderson**

The ironic thing is that the show is titled, "I want a famous face" when they almost never do any modifications to the face. I agree with you about the blurring. This would be a better show on hbo.

If that's what she wants, that's what she wants. Chances are I like her for who she is, but if she doesn't like herself for who she is, who am I to tell her not to change? I didn't like the way my body looked, so I hit the weight room and put on almost 30 pounds of muscle. My ex used to tell me that I looked fine the way I was, however I feel much better about myself the way I am now. Its her body, let her do what she wants with it.

I think that show is sick!

Plastic surgeons make me sick too. They take advantage of people's insecurities for their own benefits. It's horrible!

Edit! I have rethought this post and I change my mind. Some are bad, and some do things that make me sick. There are many good plastic surgeons. I was generalizing.
