Woah! I was on the edge of my seat throughout the enitire tale. It's not everyday you hear such intense insight into the mind of a crazed scofflaw. This should be a movie!

Also your penis is WAY too small to get in your car and drive away from a cop about to give you a ticket. You can take the ticket and throw it to the ground, spit in it's direction, whatever you wanna do but you didn't just drive away if he was infact about to ticket your car. Also if you werent such a small dicked pussy you woulda yelled when he was ticketing the car 2 cars infront of you, or waddled your fat ass to him quicker. Also the only person I can think of at this moment that couldnt get the plate # off a car driving directly away from them, or in the amount of time it takes someone to get into their car, start it and shift to 1st, would be none other than YOU. This faggedy poster Broohaha may not admit it to us, but it's rather obvious that his venting at us and posting this lame thread has got his panties in a bunch from probable future serious repercussions for running away from a "low level" ticket.

I forthwith nominate him for "CHEAP JACKA$$ OF THE YEAR AWARD".

BWHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

*gives SammyBoy a *

If he was going to write you a ticket for a time-limited parking space, he should have chalked your tires first. If he didn't chalk your tires, then the ticket would be thrown out if you disputed it.

<-- used to work for his school's Dept. of Public Safety...tire-chalking is a process where the officer writes down the time of first encounter with vehicle on the tire, using chalk, and if the vehicle is still there after the time limit, then it gets a ticket.

"Chalk tires" - explain. Just a mark to identify the car easier I'm guessing? I'm a newbie when it comes to police - driving almost 4 years now and not a single issue with them.:D

Jesus Christ what is wrong the people on this forum. You're all the biggest bunch of pansies I've ever seen. He ran away from a meter maid, and you guys flip out thinking he's going to get ass raped in jail on the sudden. You guys must have the biggest dicks up your asses, cause you all sit on the this pedastol ripping on anyone who does something illegal. Don't give me that bullsh*t because either half of you break the law all the time and the other half would if they weren't so chicken sh*t.

Chalking tires is a technique of identifying cars that have overstayed their time-limited parking space. A mark is put on the tire, and a matching mark is put on the pavement, to show the position of the car when it was first marked. Then, the time of first sight is written on the car in chalk. If the parking attendant comes back 30 minutes (or however many minutes) later and the car is still there, and the mark on the tire is still in the same position relative to the ground, then the person gets a ticket.

similar thing happened to me. I got to my car at the same time as the meter maid. I just said, "Sorry, is it ok if I move it?" I thought it was with the understanding that if I move it, then I don't get a ticket. I never got a physical ticket so I assumed everything was ok.

I got a ticket in the mail a couple weeks later.

Just a parking ticket though, no biggie.
