I bought 1 Inverter for my compaq c300 on ebay and they sent me a bad inverter so i was like its ok it happens, so i bought another one saying its just another 10 bucks so i bought another one from the same guy.....In the title it says NEW.....so i bought it and they sent me a Refurbushed one...i knew that becuase there was soldering done on this board so i said ok it'll work....so i put it in and BOOM it doesnt work! OMFG so i sent it back*awaiting refund* and bought another one from the same guy becuase he said he will take 25% off.....so i did and OMFG it still doesnt work!

 
I would had stopped buying from that guy after the first bad item yet you kept buying 2 more from him.

In all reality you should be out $0 since the seller should have had to pay the shipping back.

Thats what i thought! but they said they are not responsible for items getting defecdtive during shipment and that they tested the POS before sending it out.

If the items do not work then they are to refund the entire amount and if they want it back they have to pay the shipping to have it sent back to them.

Sounds to me like you need to cancel the payments and email him that if he wants them back to pay for the shipping.
