Get some of the red bags with the biohazard markings that are used for disposing of medical waste. Fill it with meat scraps and other organic garbage. Let it sit in the hot sun a few days until it gets nice and ripe, then take it to work and put it in your trash can.

I would have fired her on the spot for wasting her time like that. I'd rather she plays games online than disturb other people. Of course, not to mention that a) the vast, vast majority of paper in the country comes from trees specifically grown for paper, and b) except for the highest quality, non-laminated papers, none of it is economically efficient or saves energy resources by being recycled.
