just use a dos boot disk... it works just fine
but no, i dont think you can get it to run in win2k
 
Don't expect sound drivers, unlike 9x, Windows 2000 is not DOS. There is at least one DOS sound driver emulator that I know of, but I won't tell you what it's called because this is the wrong forum.

BTW, that game kicks total ass! 😀
