Omega Drivers for ATI cards. Worth Using?

Hi,
Over the last couple of months or so, ive heard alot about the Omega Drivers.
I wanted to know if they were worth using, and what benefits they bring, as well as experiances of people here.

i can only speak for the nvidia ones. i used them for my 4200 once. they did look better, but then i discovered tweaking my nvidia reference drivers did the same thing. then i actually read the FAQ after praising them on this forum that i could only tweak Vsync, FSAA, clockspeeds without screwing up what he had done, i dont like being locked in. so screw the omega drivers :|

I use Omega's drivers with my ATi cards, and I love 'em. They are optimized for image quality, not speed, so if you're a "3dMark point junky" they won't help you.

Where can I get more details about how Omega tweaks his ATi drivers? The readme on his site just details installation, not specific tweaks. I understand for nV cards he tweaks the LOD and such, but I think ATi cards already have a higher (lower number) LOD.
