I've been on a quest to better my health.  More specifically, I'd like to improve my cardiovascular system.  I've began eating plain rolled oats as a snack, cup of blueberries and omega 3 supplements every day in addition to other healthy diet (low saturated fats)
I'm not sure how beneficial the supplements are though. I'd like to hear other people's experience and whether or not to keep buying them. Its a liquid capsul type by Jamieson. Extract from salmon, sardine and anchovy. There is also the option of flax seed extract?
