Olympus E300 question

I have an opportunity to get an Olympus E300 (an older model) for 200$. It would be body only. I can get a sigma 18-50 4/3 lens for 100$.

So for 300$ I'd have a DSLR setup.

Anyone comment on how nice of a pair this would be?
 
I'd get the new 14-42 kit lens from fourthirdsphoto. It's way nicer than that junk Sigma.

I have an E-300, check my sig for samples.
