Yes, I use the Camedia software with win2k pro.

The software sucks bigtime. I tried back in August to use DL my images into Paint Shop Pro 6, but my D-360L wasn't supported. They may have a new driver that does support the camera for PSP 6, or 7, whatever version is out.

UPDATE: I just checked. The D-360L is not supported in Paint Shop Pro yet.

I am on my 4th Olympus camera . . . the camera software is not needed at all if you get yourself a SmartMedia reader. I never use Camedia ware. I just insert the media into the reader and it becomes a lettered HDD . . . open the JPG files in any software you want . . . even PSP.

Sounds great. What brand of reader would you recommend? My first criteria would be price. Thanks!

I found a program on the Olympus European site that works to download the images. I lost my copy of the Camedia software and they don't have it for download on their site...just updates. Give that a try...

The best buy is San-Disk. I have three . . . a Hagiwara Flashgate and a Lexar that reads both S/M and C/F. Both are USB. I have a Hagiwara PCMCIA reader for my laptop (my travelling "darkroom." Price ranges from $49 to $80 on-line.
