If we go by the trend in porn viewing, knowledge that she still has a penis would increase attraction. Transgender porn is extremely popular among straight identifying males, one of the most popular categories.

chromosomes are more important. a penis is, in development terms, an extended clitoris. Biologically speaking, genitalia don't mean all that much when it comes to sex determination.

In another article, it was mentioned she made a full transition to female, including reassignment surgery as well as testosterone blocking medication.

The amusing and sad part of this is that Phelps could be totally oblivious to any of this. If he is in re-hab his access to the daily news could be fairly restricted. He could get out and be like WTF?
 
Eh, she's not that bad. Without makeup she's not great, but some of her pictures with makeup are decent. Tall, nice body, big rack. Maybe she's really "talented"? I'd give her a go.
