Yeah, but when you spread a message of black nationalism hate before all black crowds it's called rap.

Exactly, I am not racist at all, but they are doing the same thing that the million man march, and black history month do, trying to put you'r race to the forfront. Not saying that it is not wrong, but showing how hypocritical people can be when it comes to things like this.

I see a big difference between "race preservation" and "equal rights and recognition". I don't usually hear the message of race preservation from blacks.

There shouldn't be a problem with the idea of race preservation, hypothetically. If somebody individually chooses to marry within their race, great. I think that emphasizing race preservation leads to problems though. For instance, history has shown that often emphasizing race preservation happens on the basis that one race is superior to another. Once superiority is "established", discrimination begins. A step further and you begin to see violence.

It's a slippery-slope argument that I wouldn't usually make but will in this circumstance since it's a pattern of humanity established throughout the ages.

I think anyone spending time arguing about racism is stupid, because anyone who is racist is clearly already unreasonable.

I think that arguing about what exactly racism is and what it isn't is stupid, too, because it really don't do anything but create something more to argue over.

Yea, but blacks did not enslave whites and change their lifestyles. Remember black culture is just extension of Southern white culture that has changed over the years.

Never heard of these girls, and could honestly careless what types of beliefs they espouse. Their parents are the ones who taught them that crap. Once they get older, and experience more from life, they'll realize that they actually have to deal with people of different races all the time, given that the US is multi-ethnic. I'm all for free speech as long as they keep their beliefs private, however, since they sing to audiences, they are merely spreading hate.
