It's because there's two of them and they're currently underage. If one of them had died by now, we wouldn't be having this conversation...
 
Also, they are NOT identical twins.

They are actual fraternal twins born like a minute apart, just a rare coincidence that they look so much alike. They do have many differences though, like one has a bunch of moles or something, and the other like like an inch or two tollar.. and one has a penis.
