I got a mfg. p/n here, would this help? Where would it help? I've looked everywhere but the place with this board...mfg p/n:

Ah ha! I think it's a tiger eye TE430VX....I'm sure of it...yet reading manuals and stuff, I think I'm at a loss here:

Can I tweak it? How? There are no voltage jumpers that I know of, but I'm not too good at that stuff... Does anyone know if I can slap an AMD K5/6-x ~400+ on there?
