That is stupid - if you legalize it half way, you'll make it more unsafe (lower punishment = lower prices, higher supply and still no regulation). Expect more people getting STDs from prostitutes

Unfortunately most of your fellow "Christians" follow the rules when it suits them. A lot are involved in "sinful" activities, that are looked down upon by the church. From cheating, to stealing, to drug use, to any of the many other options out there. It's just like politicians that speak out about how "wrong" gay marriage is, and how we need to pass laws against gay peoples right to marry. Then turns out he is going down on some dude in a public bathroom.

It happens in every orginization. Be it religious, political, social, etc. People love to make exceptions just for themselves.

And that is wrong, but to suggest that the faith, a set of beliefs, endorses that is ludicrous. People everywhere make mistakes - not just Christians.

Furthermore, why is it that people look to the weakest links in faith- people who have lost their faith, are immature, or are just Christian in name only? Sure if we believe in Jesus and ask forgiveness our sin is taken away, but why focus on those who could care less about that, to represent the faith.

Why not look at those who try every single day to live as commanded by the Bible. Sure they make mistakes to, but they recognize it and ask forgiveness, not ignore it.
