Ive got an old Pentium 3 550MHZ. I dont know the Socket name or anything. But it like "plugs" into the motherborad just like a RAM module. But it has a small little Fan on it.

A Cyrix 6x86 133MHz down in the boxes somewhere... 😉

This POS wasn't resellable like all my trusty old 486es

EDIT: Oh, does a Motorola 68000 7.16MHz count? It's in my old Amiga 500...also down there somewhere in the cellar...those were the days (1987 when I remember correctly...)

I've got some old Cyrix CPU laying around. Others include 486SX25, (Yea I never had the DX 🙁 ) Pentium 75 (5 volt!), Pentium MMX 166MHz, Pentium Pro 150MHz, and my all-time favorite - The famous SL2W8.

It is/was called 'Slot 1'.

The oldest I have is my Atari 800 that I bought back in high school for $500 instead of buying a car. Still works too. I just threw out a whole fleet of 286, 386, 486 machines that had been building up in my garage. 2meg 30 pin SIMMs anyone?

I don't really keep old computers (or parts thereof) here. Though my mom's using the old Athlon XP 1600+ at her house, and there's probably a Celeron 366 and 566 kicking around somewhere over there. Anything older than that probably disappeared years ago.

I have 2 1meg 😀

I have an old box, which still works, DX2 66 (486), 16mg ram (edo), 400 meg hdd. It sure makes a good foot rest, in those days cases were fully metalic, can stand on the thing if u want 😛

2nd oldest ones i had was a pentium 1 166, box and an amd k6-2 500 (i still recon that chip was sweet😛), both of them i have given away, hmm i probably would have to pay someone to take the 486 😛

I still got the motherboard with the 8088 4.7MHz (10MHz "Turbo") soldered to it. Was indeed my first PC at the age of 10 in 1988.

i got a old 486 dx in an old laplot that runs fine... i'm probably going to low level linux and use it for on the fly fuel injection tuning... i think it still has an operable 540 meg hd...

ive got a pentium 1 & 2 somethings in my room, next to an nes, snes, and sega genesis, all out of their cases. i doubt the pentiums work anymore, the thermal compund looked like it was burnt :Q

Oldest CPU I own is the Intel 4004 @ 108Khz (Thats 0.108MHz) First CPU built by Intel, and I was fortunate enough to find it in the White/Gold Ceramic packaging even! I've got a second 4004 but its a plastic packaging and not as purdy to look at. Now it helps me stylize the walls of my apartment.

Linky to Pics of my Elderly CPU's

Enjoy 😉

EDIT: Almost forgot the AMD fanbois 😛 Sorry!

Would be more fun to ask who still has theirs in semi-regular service??

Ive got a Quad Pentium Pro 200 fileserver running here at work right now next to my quad P4 Xeon boxes 🙂
