Great prices... but since 6800 and 7800 cards are going for $50 these days, is it really worth upgrading their cooling anymore? Might as well pull the two 7800's sell em for $100, take that plus the $$ you'd have spent on the blocks and buy a 9600gt or 8800gt/92gts.
 
Oh OK, I think I misunderstood the scale of the blocks--I thought the size was on the order of 1"x1", and it was a matter of the hole pattern in the PCB right near the chip.

copper ain't cheap! Back when the cards were new, the block price wouldn't have been as high a percentage of the card cost. I replaced the stock coolers on both of my HD3870's with EK's full cover water block. They were $110 each 🙁 They look pretty, the keep the card 40C lower under load, allow for higher overclocks, and make 0 noise.
