Older front USB panel

I have an old front USB panel that fits in a 5.25" bay. I got it during the pre-USB 2.0 days and I used it with a motherboard that supported only 1.1. Would this work for USB 2.0?
 
Your chances are good that it'll work because I've only had 2 brands that didn't do Hi Speed when the USB was listed as Low or Full on Cases...1 was made by Kingwin and another was Generic.

Li Lian, Chenming (ala Antecs, Cheiftecs) and other Major brands work... the only way for sure is to test it
