Old Tractor printer issues.

We upgraded a workstation 2000. The station was connected to a old tractor printer for printing labels. The program is running a old Fox 3.2 (I think) program. Before the program would spit out 4 labels in a row. Now they print 1 label every 8 labels? Any ideas? We set a the custom page size to the size of the label.
