We need all the help we can get, whether you've got 1 PC at home that runs 4 hours a day or a fleet of 1000 PCs at work, every WU helps us! We've already accomplished some pretty amazing feats, we're #14 in the world, we've passed corporate giants like Apple, IBM and HP, and at our current rate of production, the next 2 targets, the Evil Empire (M$) and Intel should fall within the month, but we also need the help to beat DSL Reports in this race; despite the fact that they have several hundred more members than us, and a couple of guys with huge amounts of PCs working for them, we're fairly close, but we don't want to be close, we want to WIN!

We are getting stronger!! But we still need some more help. We are at the point where the big dumps aren't killing us, but they still putting us behind. With some more help they soon won't effect us and we will be able to build up a lead that they cannot catch!

Fellow Anandtechers we need your help!

We are facing a formidible foe in the DSLR team. We have hung in so far by increasing our membership since this race started, but they too are not sitting idlely by waiting for us to pass them. They too are recruiting members of their forum to represent DSLR in this race.

We however have an advantage.......we are from Anandtech forums - The best forums with the best people on the internet. You see we are producing work units at an average of 2 hours faster than DSLR. That's right we are faster!

The problem is that they have more members than we do. Currently the difference is ~320-330. Due to this difference in membership, the race is neck and neck right now. If it were approaching the finish line today, it would be a photo finish!

The solution to our winning this race is more members. With our average WU time, one of our members equals 1.2 of theirs. So if we can add more people than they do we will without a doubt triumph in this contest.

All we ask from you is to use your idle CPU time for the benefit of the TeAm and the Anandtech forums.

If you can't tell, we are on a mission. We are working at not only beating DSLR in this race, but we are knocking on Microsoft's back door. We are knocking on Intel's back door. We are out to prove that the members of the Anandtech forums are a more powerful force than Microsoft, Intel, IBM (who is smelling our exhaust fumes), HP (Ditto IBM), and Cisco (Same exhaust for them).

We are working hard to defend the honor of these forums and we are starting to make our way in this race. However, we still need your help. That is a big increase over what we had when the race started, but that isn't even 2% of the forum membership.
