Old school telecommunication people - What is this?

I am at a location doing a network migration and started digging into the phones. All the lines are POTS and come into this ancient demarc. What is the name of the connectors in this box? It's a screw and post type deal but I have never seen it before. Every demarc I have ever been in is 66 block at least.

Its a demarc F-32b. Very rarely used in a retrofit on older buildings back in the late 70's.

Our new location had an enormous box. I was told to rip it all out. I've had CAT6 dropped in all the places and using IP for everything. Small office though. The previous owners even had printer ports in the wall.

It is a 60's - 70's demarc panel with spark gaps on the line.
