Old School OC help: Need dip settings for Trinity Micro GFD

I gave my aunt my old OC Slot A computer with a GFD, but it's freezing up. I think it's set too high now (500@750). I've tried googling it, but only found a couple reviews and some dead links. Does anyone have the dip switch settings to change the CPU speed? Thanks.
 
Now I'm not sure if it's a Trinity Micro or not. It has 22 dip switches. These are the settins as of now. 1-On 0-Off

0110 1001 0110
10010 11001

It's at 750MHz, 1.75 Volt Core.
