Old School DVD

I just bought the Old School DVD and it did not have a chapter menu card on the inside left holders. Is there supposed to be one there?

I just bought my copy yesterday and I think there is one, but I don't have it handy to check.

got the Unrated version when it came out, no chapter insert in mine

Nope, this one does not come with an insert. Some studios have stopped including them.
