Old PSU question

If my PC is only C2D 4600 on AsRock 865PE motherboard with a X1950Pro display card with 2GB RAM, which PSU would you use?

1. A one year old SPI ATX-450PN (~25A on 12V) or
2. A five year old Antec TruePower 480W (~22 A on 12V)

Its old PC and just thinking which old PSU to keep on it.
