Question old program

I've been running an old version of Quicken Property Manager for years on various versions of windows. Now, on this Win11 os where it worked before it's not working. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it opens and then freezes. Sometimes I have to try several time to even get it to show up. I really need it because it's running two of my rental properties. Only a few weeks ago I printed reports for my accountant from it.

Have you tried setting windows to run in compatibility mode for this program?

Either try compatibility mode or install a VM solution like VMWare or VirtualBox and install legacy OS such as Windows XP / 7 and your application inside it. It’s easier to do than it sounds

Did you upgrade the OS or get a new computer with W11?

Question - How to load old program in win11

I had no problem with Intuit property manager 2.0 on windows 10 under compatibility. Maybe I first loaded it under XP. I don't remember. But I'm manually building a new machine and can't get the program to load. I'm fine with using regedit.
