I know mine used to be over 10,000 before some other member ratted me out in Forum Issues and it was reset to 0. I don't think I was the one to send moshquerade into the deep negatives, but I certainly did so for a few other choice members.

I very much doubt moderators can, but anyone with direct access to the database would be able to in twenty seconds or less.
