So... I just was feeling something weird against my leg and I thought, "hmm do I have something in my pocket?" I feel my pocket and at the very end I am feeling these two things, and they are not on the inside of my pocket, instead they are on the outside. I am going, "Wtf, are there pockets inside my pockets? How did this shit get to the outside? Is it magnets to close my pocket, somehow... Or maybe to hold the pocket down?" I pull out my pocket out of my pants and see and feel these two round shapes, "This must be magnets.. But they are shaped so weirdly, but they don't snap together, hmm... Maybe it isn't?"

Needless to say, I put my hand down the inside of my pants and pull the pocket upwards to see the outside/inside of my pocket... What the fuck do I see? Two fucking buttons, buttons you would use to put through the hole after you zip up. Now me thinking, "I guess this is kinda clever? I guess if my zipper-end button falls off I can replace it, twice? It's kinda annoying though." I check my other pocket, and notice there are no buttons, so now I am thinking, "This has got to be the worst sweatshop work I have seen in my life... What am I paying these people for?!"

Anyway, I cut the buttons off carefully with scissors and, threw them away with their thread. No worries about my pocket, it's still sown up luckily. :)

I just think this is weird.

They are replacement buttons. Some places attach them in a bag, others sew them into the clothing. No big deal.

I call BS! None of my other pants, and some are from old navy, have these extra buttons!

Uh..have you ever owned a button up shirt? There will almost always be a button on the inside of the shirt, at the bottom. With pants, they find clever places to put them.

They're spares, because buttons tend to fall off often.

my immaturity made me lol

And yes, they are replacement buttons. Button up shirts usually have them sewn on the the bottom edges. Sometimes pants have them, the most retarded position I've seen for one was on the end of one of the legs (inside). Took me a year to find out they put them there.
