I've tried, but the younger generation simply will not listen because they think they already know the answer. Kind of like how I was when I was that age.

Credit Cards are good, as long as you ALWAYS pay off your balance at the end of the month. If you can't afford to pay it, don't use it!
 
Everyone should stay about sixty days away from their normal residence (at least 5000 miles away)during your late college days or before you settle down with family life. Go travel and see the world!

 
I always get it back, minus a carpet cleaning fee sometimes. The place has to be clean though. Most places let you fill out the state the apt is in when you move in so I always overexagerate how dirty it is.
