I got a new video card (Chaintech nVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200 3D DDR 64MB AGP) and tried to install it in my Gigabyte GA-5AX super 7 mother board. Running an AMD K6-2 500MHz As soon as the PC finds the card it reboots over and over again. I can't even load the drivers. I removed the old ATI drivers. I am building a new system and have the parts on the way, but I was just wondering should I be worried? Is this new card bad or is it too strong for my antique motherboard? I have an ATI Rage Fury Pro in it now and it works fine. The power supply is 250W. Could that be the problem?
