I swear I'm not laughing at him. But I just couldn't believe the stuff he was saying.

Heck, even if a girl did that to me after 6 months, I'd be running for the hills.

He doesn't seem to know what dateable etiquette is.

you just don't do that kind of stuff.

I've done some stuff myself which I would frown upon now. But no where to that level.

That is probably because... well, he most likely hasn't gotten any yet. He is saying... "I wish you were here, so I could hug you and hold you... and maybe a kiss, if you want."

A kiss if you want? No one who bangs a chick would then ask permission for a kiss.
