Not funny, not funny, I don't recall anyone ever saying that Monty Python sucked, so there's no need for me to disprove it. 😛

I'm just going off recent British "comedy" and the fact that the deduced "Funniest Joke in the World" can be outdone by an echoing fart. 😛

How can you people forget Da Ali G show. It originated in the UK I believe. That show is hilarious.

British comedy is definitely more respected than North American, especially television. Black Adder (II, The 3rd, and Goes Forth) is my all-time favourite.

I was back home last month and we caught a new show called "The Peep Show." It was hilarious, but unfortunately we'll never get it here.

I never said that American TV was superior. It all sucks, with a few exceptions. This happens to be one of them. 😀

For you Americans that want to see it its on Showtime occasionaly, sadly the writer/voice actor died suddenly several years ago 🙁
