AAAAAAH $TIWPHATO$%REDVAREWG my mom woke up! Scratch going out...*sigh* and I really wanted to go. Just to talk to her...cuz i rarely talk to her anymore. And because i've been cooped up in my house all day. Get yer minds outta the gutter, people. I could sneak out, but that really wouldn't work, and i'd get screwed, in the bad way. Maybe I should just take a raincheck and just talk to her on el phone?

Oh yeah, mark this as another instance where an ATOT loser fails to get anywhere. So should i call her up and see how she's doin?

<< you blew it bro...

You had a chance of the high life.. now your stuck here with the rest of us.. :(
>>

I'd call it statistical happenstance. My mom just happened to wake up. It's just one of those things you can't control :( Oh well...perhaps later today or something we can do something...I dunno.

You spent 29 minutes between initial advice request and mom waking up. You weren;'t gonna go anyway :)

Actually, ATOT's answer was going to determine. I was leaning on going before that, and i needed to rationalize it with ATOT i guess. Then my mom woke up. It was earlier than 29 minutes...probably around 15-20 until my mom woke up. Even if she left to pick me up, it wouldn't have worked, since it would take at least 10 minutes to get to my house, not to mention the time to give her directions and s#it. I just wanted to see what some of you would say :D But i took a raincheck...odds are we could go later some other random night...oh well. s#it happens.

I love most folks here dearly but why on earth would you put making a choice in your real time social life off contingent on approval from people here ? :Q

If she's still interested then odds are definitely in your favor. I mean who would pass up a second chance at being a kidnapped sex slave with a 16yr old :Q

Cuz I wasn't sure. IT's not like i'm making life threatening decisions due to ATOT. i don't really have an emotional attatchment if thats what you're trying to imply ;). It's a long story...i'm not sure of if i should go with this chick, because of her past and stuff. One of those special circumstances if you will, and I figured i might get some sort of rational answer from unbiased people who wont judge her for who she is, but it seems like everyone's thinking with their balls today. Course, I should've expected as much from AT :D Oh well, it doesn't really matter to me. Next time, if it isn't so late or if its not too likely that i'll get caught, i'm definitely going :)

Andy, all I was suggesting was that it might be nice for you to be looking across a table in a restuarant at a real, live breathing girl, instead of at the glow of a monitor :)

Absolutely. It's also not like you have to make a decision tonight whether or not to get in a relationship with her, or to be her sex slave.. It's an evening out spent at Dennys. Like others have said, you only live once.

Very true, and I should've. But my mom woke up, as I said. If it was like 11 PM I would've gone...if my mom wasn't up, I would've gone. Believe me, I'd much rather talk to someone in a restaurant at 1 AM than sit here and chat it up with youse guys on ATOT. I've been sittin here all day and I would've liked to go out. But, as i say again, s#it happens. Baffled, the next time something happens, i'll just post and leave :D

<< << ...wants to go to Dennys. Mind you, she's 16 and according to our licenses it's past curfew (we can't drive past 11 PM). Should I go, and risk getting caught by my rents or something? >>

If it's against the law, no.

Sheesh, we're talking about curfue here, not murder. Let the kid live a little, we all bend the rules slightly at times to have some fun.

At 1:30 in the morning, when I should be sleeping? Hah! My mom isn't really lenient. I mean, if you're 17 you still wouldn't be allowed out that late (driving curfew for them is 1 AM).
