Okay... so I just ate an entire chicken and I'm still hungry

I just ate an entire box of stuffing (cooked stove top yummmmm) and can o green beans...i wish i could've had some chicken wit it...

Drink water with your food and try eating a little slower . I used to eat like a wild dog , and felt hungry afterwards also . I learned to force my self to eat really slowly . It helped me alot 🙂
