Commence well-deserved insults and snide comments.

Just got back from the ER. Broken hand, metacarpal fracture to be exact. Got into a stupid argument with the g/f and took a whack at the floor. Can't believe I did something that idiotic -- at least now I know where the other people who've done similar things are coming from. Which is exactly where I am now; feeling retarded and soon to be broke.

broke my 4th metacarpal a few years ago after punching some guy that hit my brother in the back of the head brass knucks, fucker.
 
You hit the floor? That seems kind of inconvenient. Walls are usually much easier on the hands and you don't have to bend down to hit them.
 
I can honestly say I've never been in an argument with my GF that would drive me anywhere near that kind of rage. I don't understand how people can have this type of relationship.
 
At first I was like heh, mad punch-something reaction, then when I visualized someone bending over and punching the floor, something about that just made me chuckle.

2) Didn't want to break the walls, didn't intend to hit hard enough to break my hand

I can't picture this.. unless you are kneeling and begging her for something... strange, I would never consider punching the floor.
