I know recently there have been threads about what to give a groomsmen and bridesmaid.

Here's the thing...I don't want anything typical or usual. No, key chains, lighters, jewellery, vases ect...

I am challenging all you ATOTers to come up with unusual but realistic ideas! No a hooker for the groomsmen is not an acceptable idea!!

It's just for my sister and my future brother in law. My budget is approx. 50 bucks Canadian or less.

A thank you in advance to those helpful people and thanks for the laughs to you smart a$$' that feel the need to be silly;):)

I got a set of boxers with big yellow 'have a nice day' smiley faces all over them.

It sure meets your "not typical" criteria!

How about gift certificates?
For the guys maybe to the Canadian equivalent of Best Buy? For the gals Victoria Secret or anything clothing boutique?

Big ol' honkin' DILDOs!

For the bride AND the groom! (Of course, I'd kill anyone who did that at my wedding)

ah, I'm not requesting gift ideas for the bride and groom, I'm requesting them for the bestman and maid of honor.

But thanks for the input....:)

I was going to suggest you give the bridesmaid the clap, but it sounds like she's your sister and that definitely wouldn't be appropriate.:Q

well, if they smoke how about a nice zippo lighter with their name engraved in it. or if they drink a nice flask. when my mom got remarried in november of 2001 she gave me a nice flask with my initials and the date engraved on it...pretty cool. that way they would always think of the day while drinking their bourbon.
