As for Quote.. that's a tough one. it'd probbly be

Fav. scene from Grail or from any Monty Python skit?

In Grail, it's probably Sir Launcelot's story (with the, err, flaky prince and the idiot guards)
Especially the part where he falls into the swamp ("ooo..splat")

As far as Monty Python in general goes, I love Meaning of Life.. especially Mr. Creosote. ("Bring me a bucket!! Blarghhhhh!!!!")
