n0c, I think people have pretty much covered the server stuffs and active directory stuffs that might be useful to you.
However, I think Unix is and will still be prevalent in the Internet world. If you're doing Internet server management, Unix world is much more attractive compared to windows world.
If you are interested in corporate network management, then having the windows network knowledge is precious. Like it or not, Microsoft still have more than 90% market on the desktop OS. Managing Windows network especially through Win2k is so much fun =) and there are lots of other corporate software stuffs that you can pick up on. Microsoft keeps coming out with new products to "conquer" the world. There's exchange, SQL, sms, mom, dad, isa, sna, biztalk, commerce and much much more. There are also lots of other 3rd party popular apps like netiq or tivoli that might interest us network geeks 😛
anyway, I hope you're picking up the best for yourself. I know you're a Unix and cisco guru ... keeping up with those stuffs alone is hard, but knowing how to manage windows network will at least provide you the view from another side of the world 🙂
Have fun!
