ok why dont i pee what i take in?

I drank hella water today and i pee like 1/20th of it...? happens for the last 2 days wtf is wrong? ( i had the flu yesterday if that matters) Like 4 hours ago i chugged like a liter of water then 2 hours ago i drank like 6 cups of water...and still i pee'd now and i get like less then a cup out...that is just retarted..

maybe you've just got a small bladder or at worse, you may be suffering with vesicoureteric reflux or a cystocoele!!

I wouldn't worry as of yet. To rehydrate the body after sickness can take several days. Just continue on drinking at least 1/2 gallon of water a day till you return to a normal condition.

Sounds like dehydration. Your body may be used to a lack of water so it is now storing reserves because it feels it won't have enough later on. So you're body is retaining water...don't be surprised if you feel a little bloated or your face looks a little bit more puffy in the mirror. The cure for this is to drink a lot of water and ALWAYS drink a lot of water.
