OK, Which website would you buy your system components from?

I'm putting together a new system. I have already purchased a few component. Ram, CDRW. what I'm looking to buy is Case, MB, CPU, HD, Sound Card, and various accessories. I'd like to buy all my components from one site. Which would you recommend?

The sites I've been looking at are www.mwave.com and www.monarchcomputers.com.

any other recommendations?

If you're only going from one site, another vote for mwave. I preferred to shop multiple vendors as there was no one site on the internet which had all the components I wanted. The hardest thing was finding the case I wanted which I purchased from Directron. They have a great selection there, but mwave should be your all-around vendor. As stated before, they won't overcharge for shipping and they have good prices on nearly everything they sell.

i buy from AxionTech, they have good prices and they are close enough to me I can return something personally. For people outside of Houston, they still have good prices and good policies.

My personal favorite company is MicroBarn, but that's just preference. When I don't care when something gets here and I want it as cheap as possible, I first check on pricewatch, and then I will go directly to Reseller Ratings to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. I look for ratings above 5.5/7

It's an awesome combo.

Another vote for Multiwave Direct here. They have very good prices and as others have said they don't overprice their shipping. On top of that they have excellent customer service. I got a bum motherboard from them and my brother had a bad hard drive. Both were given prompt RMA numbers and they cross shipped us replacements. Not only that but in my brothers case they overnighted his MB for free! I've purchased a ton of stuff from them and I've never had a bad experience.

Pricewatch is always a starting point. I'll echo the above sentiment for Microbarn.

They had the cheapest Geforce2 MX (including shipping)

I paid $132 for a Geforce2 MX and 52x Delta CD-Rom including shipping.

Can't beat that.

Mwave-Axiontech-2cooltek are my favorites in no particular order. I have heard some rumors of mwave having some trouble but rumors are a dime a doz. As for swiping cards and using them for p0-n that can happen paying for dinner at a resturant. Now especialy with miniswipe recorders where they can actually make a working physical copy of your card. Now thats scarey to think the guy in front of you in Kmart could be paying with your card while you think it is safe in your wallet behaving.

Yet another vote for MultiWave, never had one problem with them, prices are good, shipping is good, reseller rating is high...

In the past few months I bought cables and fans from Onvia, the Scanjet from Buy.com, the Epson from Egghead, memory from Paradise PC, the case from AOpen.com and almost everything else, cpu, motherboard, hard drives, cd-rw, dvd, zip 250, and Prophet 2 from Essential Computers(essencom.com).
I had an unpleasant experience with AxionTech, but that may be an abberation.

I liked that I could get most everything from one place to save on shipping.

I've never shopped MWave but I think I'll look into them next upgrade.

I found that between Price Watch and Fat Wallet, I could find some really great deals.
