I need a couple decent DDR pads for the wife and I. I used to have a couple that i bought off ebay for about $15/each, and as i recall they SUCKED!

I know red octane makes some decent ones but the reviews i've read on amazon about them are kinda scary so...i want some real opinions from ppl on AT i guess. ^_^

I just need some that actually work and will last for awhile. Not needed are the ones where the traces break after only using it 3x.

Which ones??

I've been looking into the Red Octane Ignition 3.0's. Seem to be nice, they're $80/each retail though.

The Red Octane's are nice, but they're expensive. On Ebay, just get the generic pads. They work fine, seriously. If you're concerned about durability, cut out two office mats in the shape of the pad and stick them in it.
