Okay, first of all, I'm going to have to assume a whole lot, since I have no idea what RAM/MOBO you have.
It might be that your RAM can't handle it. Since it booted, you have a high chance of getting it stable. Loosen the timings to 3-3-3-8, up the voltage on notch, and try again.
Also, it might be that your motherboard doesn't support a high HTT, so that could also be where it's failing. The temperature seems okay, though.
Last but not least, the voltage you're giving your CPU is (IMO) waaay too high for a mere 2.6 GHz.
So, all in all, here's what I would do:
-Loosen the RAM timings to 3-3-3-8
-Up the RAM voltage one notch (2.7V-2.8V)
-Maybe lower CPU voltage
