Okay, first of all, I'm going to have to assume a whole lot, since I have no idea what RAM/MOBO you have.

It might be that your RAM can't handle it. Since it booted, you have a high chance of getting it stable. Loosen the timings to 3-3-3-8, up the voltage on notch, and try again.

Also, it might be that your motherboard doesn't support a high HTT, so that could also be where it's failing. The temperature seems okay, though.

Last but not least, the voltage you're giving your CPU is (IMO) waaay too high for a mere 2.6 GHz.

So, all in all, here's what I would do:
-Loosen the RAM timings to 3-3-3-8
-Up the RAM voltage one notch (2.7V-2.8V)
-Maybe lower CPU voltage

i have loosened the timings (for somereason on some of the timing settings in BIOS it wont let me go lower than 3 sometimes 5. whats up wit that?)....uped voltage on ddr... it will boot in 2.5-2.6 @ 1.4v but wont prime at all!!! ( is there a chance im running the test wrong?) dam i was so excited to OC ...im such a noob. wat does HTF mean? is it the same as HTT? its set at x3 but it goes up to x5.

oh by the way i have a opteron 165 0550
2x1gb OCZ el platinum pc3200
asus sli premiun

Your ram is running at higher than rated speed, you need to use a memory divider to eliminate the ram as the bottleneck. You didnt' mention if you lowered the HTT multiplier to 3x, which you need to do when you set the "FSB" higher than 250mhz.

PC3200 is rated at 200mhz, you have it running at 236mhz. While some ram might be able to handle that with looser timings, it's best to run it at or below it's rated speed for now, to eliminate it as the limiting factor of your overclock.
