It hasn't been done yet, as far as I know, but that doesn't prevent it from being done in the future, as long as it lives under the no-free-lunch principle (you don't get something for nothing).

I was just reading a series of articles that said it has been done, because(thats just roughly summing it up) ONE KM^3 of ocean water contains more energy than THE WHOLE oil reserves of the world. Guess who's against this technique ? But then again : nah, I just don't want to believe in conspiracies.

I googled Edmond Storm's name & found this site. More info about cold fusion. I'll have to read up more on that sometime.
