I was getting an icqmutl.dll error evertime I launched ICQ and I was getting errors evertime I launched windows media player and my browser refused to accept any cookies.
SO I reformatted and reinstalled windows xp and redownloaded icq and I still get that error when it launches and my browser still won't accept any cookies.
I ran CHKDSK with windows xp and ran some diagnostic software that came with my western digital hard drive and it didn't show any errors.
Does anyone know of any additional ways to check my hard drive?
This is driving me nuts!

BTW I am running win xp.ecsk7s5a,80gig wd hd, pny gf3 ti 200, soundblaster audigy, onboard lan, hp cd burner, sony floppy, 512 mg centric ddr ram pc 2100
