What are "Normal" temps for an AMD 3500+ at idle, and under load? I just put my system togeather and am trying to make sure that I don't fry anything. This system is not OC'ed, and just has a Stock Heatsink and fans. The ambient temp of the room is around 70 F.

I am currently getting Idle CPU temps of 45c, and 57c under load (Prime 95 Torture test). Is this ok for these processors?

AMD 64 3500+ (Winchester Core)
Asus A8V-Delux MB
Coolermaster Wave Case
Ultra - Xconnect 500watt PSU
EVGA 6800Ultra
2x 36gig Raptor's (Gen 1, in Raid 0)
