OK. So I was at a friends wedding, and I had two glasses of champagne...

Listen, you didn't do anything wrong, so just blow off the drama, and when other people realize that you don't take the rumors as anything, you can expect other people to start to believe you. And if your friend can't see you because his father is being a moron, well, idk man that sucks, but why not have your parents try and talk to them? If your parents are on your case because they believe the church peeps and not you, then, either your not a good a kid as you make yourself out to be, or you guys really are in a cult.

Just for Clarification... No one has a problem with drinking, the problem is that I'm underage...

Underage drinking is illigal, (everybody in USA knows that)
the issue will be, whoever serves alcohol to a minor (thats u) is liable and will be procecuted.

So basically, someone told one of our ministers they saw me walking around pouring other people's unfinished glasses into mine to get more champagne...which is 100% pure BS. I did ask our server for one additional glass...and thats IT!!! So now I'm in deep ******, and my best friend (said ministers son) can't hang out with me, because his dad is afraid I'm gonna slip him some alcohol. Aparantley someone saw me drink a beer in canada too...but my father gave me that, so I don't really see the problem.

Leaving my church is not an option, our beliefs are very unique, and I doubt I'd be able to find another organization that believes the same as we do with as much zeal--thats part of what I think makes people a bit to critical at times...

IDK, I'm just completley pissed that people were spreading rumors.

:::EDIT:::
I think its gonna end up somewhere inbetween. More comes to the story as more people talk. Some one heard me make a joke to one of the groomsmen about getting me a beer (it was obvious I was not being serious), this was taken out of context, and by the time it got back to our minister, he was told that the best man was buying me drinks the whole night.

Basically, no one would've had a problem if it was just me sitting around having a couple glasses of champagne (at least thats what I can gather), but because people believed that I was walking around and emptying others unfinished glasses (which is pretty disgusting if you ask me), is the problem. The fact that someone started the rumor that I was getting drinks from the bestman also scrweed everything up.

Another friend of mine had the same to drink (two glasses of champagne, and one of wine), and no one said anything, because no one started any rumors. I have a feeling that this all stems back to a certain girl having a problem with me, and when she heard this blew it up into something it wasn't and that started the rumor. I have since straightened out any bad-blood between the two of us, but that doesn't help what may have happened then./EDIT

Sounds like you live in a town with lots of gossip and not much else to do. So you just go out and start a rumor that you have an anaconda in your pants and you will get lots of attention from the ladies. Cause we all know how much the ladies like alcohol and big johnsons. :)
