Same thing happened to me. This kid in his ricer came up right behind me. I was gettin off the interstate comin in to town (Chattanooa, TN for those who live here...probably none..) and there are some good sized turns. Makes an S. Anywho, the car in front of me braked (I wasn't tailgating, FYI), and he almost hit me. When he had enough room, he passed me (almost killing me again...jacka$$) and cut in front of me. I promptly gave him the finger, flashed my highs, and called the cops. The guy got arrested for a DUI...FTW!!

Here's the A-Hole solution:

Just about always during a car accident if someone rear ends you it is their fault. So next time this person is tail gating you... slam on your breaks. Maybe there was a deer, maybe there wasn't. Doesn't matter... to the law they were not traveling at a safe distance to stop in the instance of an emergency and it will cost them... big; at least as far as insurance stuff goes. Granted this will cause you a lot of heart ache dealing with insurance companies but take it from me... you feel good afterwards 🙂

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Risking serious injury just to make someone else have an insurance claim.
