Of course I'm assuming when you say pc related, you mean directly related to computers. Practically every major is going to use comptuers now days.

What do you wanna do career-wise? If you go to a 4 year university you'll probably rack up some debt unless you pay tuition up front.... I started out with computer science and realized I hated programming about half-way into it so I switched to business. With my business degree I got a job as a Sys Admin and am now working on my MBA. The best part is that I'm able to go to school and pay off my house at the same time.
